Many copies of this machine are running around the world, but no one did match the original one! Produced by WAHLQUIST developed for SANDVIK, with our without pneumatic equipment does not matter, this foot bending machine is still the most common machine in a die shop round the world., We supply it with an 18 pieces tool set and a mechanical measuring gauge. You can use it up to 50mm high and 4 Pt thick medium hard rules.

This hand bender offers the same rational and exact rule bending technique as the well-known foot-operated bending machines 33-0. As standard the 45-0 bender is supplied with male- and female tools, F0-5, totally 14 pieces. See below. The bending machine is equipped with a fine threaded precision gauge.

This machine was developed to bend cutting rules up to 100mm height and a maximum thickness of 6 Pt. So we got a unique foot bending machine which has no second one in the world. The tools are not standard, we produce them on our customers demand. We can supply a mechanical measuring gauge in different lengths.

VARO Electrical circle bender, for making circles and curves. Min. diameter: 12.00mm in 32mm 2Pt rules, but you can bend 25mm to 335mm diameter in 4 point, 50.00 mm medium hard rules.
